Learn how to enlarge your breasts with simple and practical tips
Increasing the size of the breasts is the desire of many women, but many of them come up against the fear of undergoing a surgical procedure. The good news is that breast augmentation is possible without implants, and in some women the results are quite evident.
Foods rich in phytoestrogens can increase the breasts of some women, especially those who suffer from a deficit of estrogen in the body. This hormone is related to the development of female characteristics, and acts on the enlargement of the mammary glands. Some of the foods that increase estrogen levels in the body are: papaya, carrots, eggs, plums, tomatoes, squash, soybeans, lentils, red beans, among others.
In addition to these items, some teas made with licorice, anise seeds or basil flowers also increase the body’s production of estrogen.
Breast massage can work for some women as it stimulates the production of estrogen in the area. The breasts should be massaged with almond oil or with phytosterol-based creams, to enhance the results. The massage should be performed with circular movements, always taking care not to pull or tighten the skin too much.
For the effects to be evident, the procedure must be performed daily. Massage is also much more effective when added to strengthening exercises in the breast area.

Some specific exercises for the pectoral region can also stimulate breast growth, in addition to bringing more firmness. To achieve good results, the following exercises should be performed two to three times a week.
Exercise 1: Leaning on a pilates ball or on another surface, lie on your back with your knees bent. Hold a weight in each outstretched hand, just above your chest. As you breathe out, stretch your arms upwards, doing the reverse movement while inhaling. Repeat for 20 times.
Exercise 2: Positioned in the same way as in the previous exercise, hold the weights above your chest. As you breathe in, lower your arms sideways until they are shoulder-length. Then slowly raise your arms to the starting position, while expelling air from your lungs. Repeat for 20 times.
Exercise 3: This exercise is very simple and does not require any accessories. Pray your palms together and push your palms together for 5 seconds. Release slowly, repeating the procedure 20 times.
