TOP 5 Green Juice products

Below I have listed the pros and cons of each product for you. This way you can see exactly which superfood mix is worth your money (and suits you best)

This is the top 5 of Green Juice products:

1. Nutribites Green Juice

Nutribites Green Juice is the best Green Juice I have come across. The juice is the richest in high quality superfoods, contains the highest amount of fiber with 3.6 grams per serving.

I also think the Nutribites Green Juice tastes the best.

Nutribites distinguishes itself with its green juice by using standardized extracts . This ensures a high intake of powerful nutrients with every juice.

For example, the pigeon seed extract in this green juice consists of 95% antioxidants with a positive effect on the health of our cells.

This Green Juice also contains many probiotic strains (for the intestines) with 15 billion viable bacteria per gram.

Benefits

  • 10 grams per dose
  • Contains 57% wheatgrass
  • Standardized extracts
  • 3.6 grams of fiber per serving
  • Contains 10.3% Spirulina and Chlorella
  • Particularly effective probiotic
  • Contains Siberian ginseng
  • Broad spectrum of digestive enzymes
  • Low in carbohydrates
  • Pleasant taste

Cons

  • No subscription service
  • Only available in 300 grams

2. Superfoodies Green Juice

The Superfoodies Green Juice is a good product. It is certified organic and the SKAL logo was neatly on the 150 gram jar I bought for this review.

Superfoodies released a new formula in early 2019-20. The great thing about this green juice is that a laboratory test has recently been done. According to the maker of this green juice, the product is a source of vitamins K, B9, B12 and C, and contains minerals such as sodium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus.

Only in my opinion there are too many carbohydrates in it. You get 6.9 grams of carbohydrates per juice.

In comparison, the Bulk Powders Complete Green contains 5.8 grams of carbohydrates per 10 grams of green juice powder, and the Nutribites Green Juice only 2.2 grams of carbohydrates.

Benefits:

  • Contains probiotic
  • Contains digestive enzymes
  • Biological
  • No fillers
  • 3.4 grams of fiber per serving

Cons:

  • No standardized extracts
  • Contains a relatively high amount of carbohydrates (6.9 grams per juice)
  • Taste is disappointing

3. Amazing Grass Green Superfood Original

amazing grass green superfood

Like the Nutribites superfood mix, Amazing Grass contains wheat grass, Spirulina, Chlorella green tea and acerola cherry. In contrast, barley grass has been added to this green juice. This may contain less vitamins and antioxidants than wheatgrass, but more proteins and it has a deacidification effect on your body.

In addition, this superfood mix contains the adaptogen maca and acai, which is a valuable addition.

Furthermore, just like with other green juices, regular superfoods have been added to this superfood mix. However, it is not clear from the packaging how many real superfoods are involved and how many regular superfoods have been added. Moreover, it is not standardized extracts, so the effect of the superfoods is not certain anyway.

Amazing Grass green juice, just like Nutribites, contains a complete enzyme complex as well as pre- and probiotics. The latter only contains too few bacteria (5 billion) to be effective. A missed opportunity is that no adaptogens have been added to this green juice.

It is good that Amazing Grass has provided its green juice with linseed powder and apple pectin fibers.

Amazing Grass itself states that the fine grind ensures better solubility, better mouthfeel and better absorption by the body. Judge for yourself, but as far as we are concerned, this green juice is not number 1.

Benefits

  • Broad spectrum of digestive enzymes
  • Contains pre- and probiotics
  • Contains maca
  • Small packaging
  • Contains fiber formula

Cons

  • No standardized extracts
  • 2 grams of fiber per serving
  • No demonstrably effective probiotics
  • Is not organic, although they claim it is

4. Bulk Powders Complete Green

It is now well known: this superfood mix also contains Spirulina, Chlorella, wheat grass, barley grass and green tea. It is striking that this green juice contains a lot of Spirulina and Chlorella. You would therefore expect a high detoxifying effect.

Furthermore, Complete Green contains interesting ingredients – such as inulin, kelp powder, ginkgo and maca – only in very small quantities (1 percent). A little more sumac bran and baobab has been added, so that increases the anti-oxidative effect of this product. Yet – apart from the algae – Bulk Powders seems to use superfoods sparingly. The amount of wheatgrass is also disappointing, which is only 7 percent.

Benefits

  • Decent amount of Spirulina and Chlorella
  • No fillers
  • Contains ginkgo
  • Small packaging

Cons

  • Lacks enzymes to absorb vitamins and minerals
  • Low in wheatgrass
  • Lacks pre- and probiotics
  • Contains gluten (oat fiber)
  • Taste is not great

5. Your Superfoods Organic Super Green Mix

We can be brief about the superfood mix of Organic Super Green Mix. Like many other green juices, it contains wheat grass, barley grass, moringa, baobab, Spirulina and Chlorella. This Green juice is also organic (the certificate is neatly on the packaging).

Still, I wouldn’t choose this Green Juice. It lacks a lot of valuable ingredients found in other brands, such as adaptogens, enzymes, pre- and probiotics. The amount of fiber is okay, but you don’t have to buy this green juice for that. After all, there are better superfood mixes on the market.

Benefits

  • Small packaging
  • Biological
  • Contains spirulina and chlorella

Cons

  • Low in fiber: only 1.84 grams per serving
  • Lacks digestive enzymes
  • Lacks pre- and probiotics
  • Is not organic, although they claim it is

My Conclusion

All Green Juice products mentioned in this article are healthy, but they differ greatly in quality.

At number 1 in my list is the Nutribites Green Juice . I like this one that tastes the best and it has the superfood mix that I am looking for. I myself take it in the morning with water so that I can benefit from all nutrients for the rest of the day.

This is not a substitute for my breakfast, I only take it as a supplement. If you mix the Green Juice in a smoothie with the right products, it can be used for breakfast.
