Over weight is a common problem that most of us are facing. We been having difficulty to get rid of unwanted pound to fit in to a beautiful party dresses and clothing.

Here are the simple steps to follow:-
Step One:
One of the most effective ways to lose weight is vigorous exercise; it will keep the unwanted pounds away all time. Choose an activity that you like and start doing it for 45 minutes four times a week, example jogging, dancing, swimming, hiking, cycling etc.
Exercising will increase our metabolism rate at the same time burning off fat. You will see the change on your scale after a month of regular exercise.
Step Two:
Stay way from high calories and fried food like hamburger, French fries, pizza, cheese and those fastfood combo meals. It is time for you to change your eating habit. Replace that junk food with healthy food like fruits, vegetables, green beans, sunflower seeds, whole-grain pretzels and crackers.
You can make those healthy foods as your snack when you are craving for something to munch.
Step Three:
Drink more water, at least 8 cups a day and should stop drinking tea, coffee and soft drinks. Fresh fruit juice is advisable because it is always better than processed sugar.
You may include green tea in your diet plan, have a cup of green tea 30 minutes after your lunch. It does help to clear off fat.
Start practicing these three steps for a month and you shall be able to see the change on your weight.
