did all that…
trained for some months now, but dont exercise, which i did for a week, then got sick and then stopped…
that was a week ago…

for being a 9 year old i would say make sure your in sports and exercise. never stop eating breakfast and get lots of milk. i would join a couple sports each year or do something like martial arts.

I’m going to disagree with you here. Caffeine is a mild stimulant to the body, and while it does cause slight increases in BP, some caffeine actually helps generate a slight calorie BURNING effect.
Where a lot of people go wrong is by drinking large amounts of caffeine. Because caffeine is a natural stimulant and increases awareness as one of the side effects, it keeps people up longer. Thus, they get hungier. And eat more. And gain weight. It also causes some calcium excretion too.

My dad does that and now that his arms are ripping his shirt sleeves (lol) we clap for him when he flexes and boost his ego :] PS If you eat AFTER you exercise you burn the calories quicker and you still have energy : D

this is simply and easy. unfortunitely, so many americans decide to pig out on pizza and ice cream while they lay on their couch and then go to bed. it’s your choice.

congrats on the weight loss! I too had lost 20 pounds once I started teaching. Feel so much better. then again I don’t think I looked so bad 20 pounds heaver, and I don’t think you would either. I say if your cute, your cute no matter what. lol
