Not saying it doesn’t work, but it doesn’t ALWAYS work. A few years ago, I was the star rower of a team that was the 5th in the U.S. We practiced for at least 4 hours every weekday and 6+ on Saturdays. I was also EXTREMELY bulimic, something I’d been for 3 years before that. Despite all of that, by the end of the 6 month season, I’d gained 40 pounds of fat. I found out I have a condition called PCOS. So yeah, don’t always assume someone who’s heavy is just lazy, because it might not be true =P
no wat jordanfarnworth aid is 100% correct, i should know, my dads a personal trainer, just u gotta make sure you stay within your limits, ie u cant be 20 stone and expect to lose lots of weight by doing a 5k run everyday
Lol, actually it’s not completely true. =P I promise you. It’s 100% for MOST people, but it’s not true for 100% of people… if you know what I’m trying to say. I know it seems like that’s an excuse but it’s not, it’s just a fact for a small percentage of people.

this is true… it’s simple nutrition diet based information… if you decrease the calories you take in, what’s going to happen? you’re going to lose weight.. so don’t be an ass and be like that.. if you have half a brain you’d do this..

I totally agree with everything he says except for the fact that interval training burns belly fat. The truth is it reduces total body fat not just that on the belly. Other than that it was very informative. I have been using vastmuscle (.com) workouts for 2 years and lost 46 pounds. Couldn’t be happier.
Yea I’m sure its what most ppl are concerned about so he mentions that as a top priority. But your right, it would decrease your overall body fat %. I’m sure thats where most ppl end up getting fat tho….damn processed food!
