The following simple equations are used to know your body weight workouts:
Calories Consumed > Calories Expended = Body Weight Increase
Calories Consumed < Calories Expended = Body Weight Decrease
We need to consume extra 7,700 calories to increase 1 kg of body weight. And of course we need to expend the same of amount of 7,700 calories to lose 1 kg of body weight.
To have a better understanding of the body weight workouts, let’s have a look of below example. If you consume 200 calories more than what you expend daily, you will gain 4.7kg in six months time. Mathematics never tell lies.
1 day => 200 calories
1 month => 200 calories x 30 = 6,000 calories
6 month => 6000 calories x 6 = 36,000 calories.
Divide by 7,700 calories => 4.7kg
(Note: 1 kg = 2.2046 pounds)

3)Decreasing body fat storage by breaking down fat molecules and enhance fat metabolism
