Vitamin C
Known as Ascorbic Acid, vitamin C is a water-soluble, antioxidant vitamin. It basically helps almost everything, including development of collagen, improve body defense system, increase healthy cell growth and proper calcium absorption, prevent blood clotting and bruising.
When you have high blood sugar, vitamin C cannot travel into cells.
