Risk in obese children: Type 2 Diabetes

According to World Health Organisation (WHO), the adverse health effects for obese children are already being seen in childhood itself.  Confined to older adults for most of the 20th century, type 2 diabetes now affects obese children even before puberty.  As such, healthy weight loss program is no more being offered to the adults, but also to the obese children.
