Weight loss tips #2: Bring a healthy choice of food

If you like to eat salad for example, bring a healthy low calorie salad.  Traditional salad such as potato and pasta salad usually loaded with creamy mayonnaise, causing high calories.  Do you know that mayonnaise has 100 calories per tablespoon, which easily cause as high as 400 calories per cup of potato and pasta salad if you put 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise.  So, you can always have a choice to bring a healthier salad.  You can add some fresh vegetables such as cherry tomato, red and green peppers, broccoli or other vegetables you prefer.  Cut half of the mayonnaise and replace it with low-fat plain yogurt.
