    Milk. I can drink it, but only in small amounts at one sitting. But when I drink up a whole glass of it, I get a stomachache. Yet, I can still eat milk products without problems.

    Am I lactose intolerant?

    why condemn non-organic milk? ALL milk is pretty much unneccessary! the whole “calcium” thing is a product of marketing (years of milk ads telling us so), and actually has very little calcium. In fact, calcium can be obtained in a better way by just eating more fresh greens like spinach. eat salads daily.
    also, humans are the only animals that drink milk after being an infant, and it’s also not human milk!! WTF? really, if your diet is right, you need nothing but water to get by in your day.

    good point suburbandrone , well the calcium we can get in just 15 min under the sun is = 200 glass of milk,milk industry is a Billion $ business so it must be great for you ,i stop drinking milk loooong times a go, but can anybody tell me whats a different between cat, dog, camel,donkey,or any other milk than cow milk,,,,,,,,,,, please let us know

    soda, coffee, fruit juice cocktails (more sugar than juice), milk (if it’s not organic, hormone-free). Oh and most energy drinks aren’t all that great either, mostly sugars that are good for you.

    Juicy Juice is better. No sugar added at all. Its just the natural juice from the fruit and nothing else.
