I pretty much got rid of fast food, caffeine, and changed my sleeping habit and I seriously have more energy. I will have once or twice indulge that sweet tasting donut or chocolate etc. but I don’t eat it everyday. Good video.

  16. MovingUpp Says:

post-orgasm, there is a significant release of Serotonin and prolactin. Prolactin is a hormone which helps mothers be calm and lactate. It also downregulates dopamine. They work in opposing synergy. The prolactin relase is very significant after orgasm, and 400% or so more after intercourse orgasm. The effects are measurable for up to three weeks.

Yes it’s an energy zapper. Dopamine is your clarity and prolactin is your hazy relaxant.
    ta-ta.

  17. skyline0216 Says:

    wow ty for the information

  18. MovingUpp Says:

hey sorry I was being a little simple minded there and too cocky for our good. Prolactin secretion typically works to reduce dopamine, but norepinephrine, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin and nitric oxide are all released in the brain. And these neurotransmitters often play differing functions depending on which brain organs are releasing them!

There’s still a lot for us to discover.

I’m ashamed of my previous comment, but at least it gives a starting point.
