		<description>just to clarify, by dead foods I mean refined over processed foods that lack life giving force to keep us going... I would like to add to Natalie&#039;s great advice. Celtic sea salt, the closest match to our blood when compared drop to drop. tips, do not overheat, add to food at the end of the cooking time also, if you drink  filtrated water, reverse osmosis, etc  add a pinch of the sea salt to your water to bring it back to life.also, keep an eye out for phytoplankton over the next few years...</description>
