I think there was smoke or steam coming from the first bar Vaughn took when the machine was electrified, that’s a definite sign you should not eat that!

I’m not sure exactly.
I was just always told that there are 3000 calories to a pound, so to lose a pound of weight you have to burn 3000 calories.
