It’s a shame they can’t put pro-biotics in something other than dairy products. I can’t tolerate those either. I wish I had something right now. I am in PAIN!

I’m at home …again…from work because I cannot control my body. I am scared that I will lose my job…but I have already gone through the humiliation of having an accident at work…I fell like nobody understands…I WANT to go to work…but I am scared…I keep having to go to the bathroom. Does anybody out there have the same fear?

lol, if i just hover my manly finger over the E key it types!!!! it’s so funny. It knows my intentions, I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not. But, if I fly over it real fast like, it doesn’t noticee me, I sometimes have to put a cover over the E key so it won’t be immature
I’ve gotten better at it though, I have to keep my middle finger on my RH real high so it won’t intimidate the key. But, I flick off anyone near me, but that’s a small sacrifice.

What are you talking about? Sounds like, to me, you have some major intestinal issues going on, maybe parasitic. Been out of the country in the past yr? See the doc, dawg. drink tons of water for the time being. best thing I could tell you.

I take digestive enzymes, I’m vegetarian, eat lots of fiber, eat probiotic yogurt every day and drink tonnes of water..but every month or so I still get this IBS problem..its usually caused in myself when I am stressed or get really excited, then the body gets all worked up, just as she explained..etc. etc. Guess I’ll just live with it for the rest of my life. Ugh

I got stomache pains 2-3 weeks ago… So I searched the net and discovered IBS and I knew that was probably what I got.. But I visited a doctor too just in case, as far as I know, thats what I got.. I didn’t knew about the chocolate.. Don’t really eat it much or like it, I just try it out sometimes… But I’ll stop with that too.. Woke upp at 7AM today with horrible pains.. I’m fine now 1hour later.. I’ll add more water into my life to start with.. And Inolaxol.. dunno if thats the eng word : /

how about trying to reduce your stress+excitement levels? trying to chill could help a lot
September 3rd, 2009 at 3:05 am
Well I think my body has automatically learnt to not become excited during certain situations. My mom once asked me why I wasn’t excited to go to mexico this past winter, and I simply told her I was, but I can’t physically get myself hyped up for it or else I will get my IBS symptoms back lol. I am a very very chill person, but as you say, stress is also a factor and although I may not feel it, being in university I think itself just screams stress…oh welll…

I hate IBS nothing works, I was happy and eating healthly when I developed IBS…..what gives.
basically the only way to get away from it is to sleep or die.
September 29th, 2009 at 6:05 pm
wow, that’s really sad. I hate to see anyone suffer like that.
Sometimes when I’m having a flareup I find I can function if I just go to a liquid diet for a few days or a week. I lose weight of course, but I can afford it!
Anyway, hope your condition improves DJ.
