Honestly, you have to be uneducated to think that food alone will make you lose weight.
i knew the vitamin water was bs soon as i looked at the label. but the slim fast bars, that was surprising. i dont eat em. look at the label folks. ask yourself if you lost weight and kept it off naturally, who would lose money? those are the people secretly trying to keep you fat or keep you going up and down. it keeps money in their pockets. so i shouldn’t be surprised about slimfast.

Soy is no worse than any other grain. All grains are bad in excess. (they can ferment in your body, and mimic alcohol, making you tired and foggy).
Multi-vitamins are just as synthetic as vitamin water vitamins, just without the sugar.
All these products are definitely crap. Juice is usually crap too, devoid of fiber and too sugary. Also lacking in vitamins due to long shelf-life. Don’t be fooled people, read labels and do some research on your favorite foods!!!
Once I read and found out about these foods I was so disgusted and repulsed I never wanted to touch them again! Everyone is leaning towards a low to no fat diet but those diets are loaded with sugar and carbs!!! LAY OFF the damn slimfast!

Sean you rock! Thank you for the Soy commentary so very necessary to explain that thyroid/soy connection. I have hypothyroidism and am sick of people telling me how healthy soy is especially when I know it can destroy my health. Also, very helpful to hear how sugar destroys the natural flora of the digestive system. It only confirms my decision to give up sugar 3 months ago which I don’t regret. I will tune in more frequently and you should have your own show!

Listening to the radio I just heard a “science reporter” state that beef is bad cos of saturated fat.
1. Over half the fat in beef is unsaturated — the same fat as in olive oil
2. There is no clinical evidence that saturated fat is bad for us, , anyway!
3. There is no clinical evidence that saturated fat causes high cholesterol, , anyway!
4. There is no clinical evidence that high cholesterol causes heart problems, anyway!
